EMAG has recently introduced its VL 2 single-spindle, vertical pick-up lathe for the machining of small chucked components such as small gearwheels, planetary gears, sliding sleeves, pump components, synchroniser rings, chain gears and flange components.Any part with a maximum diameter of 100mm and a length of up to 150mm can be machined on the VL 2.
