The Engineering Technology Group (ETG) returns to MACH with two stands, 15 machines and live demonstrations on stand 5310 in hall 5.
ETG will feature new machine launches from Feeler, Chiron and Handtmann, as well as a line-up of Hardinge Bridgeport machining centres.
One of the highlights of the stand will be the live machining of an aluminium aerospace cleat on the new Handtmann HBZ TR 80 five-axis horizontal machining centre.
Handtmann's customer machined the part previously in three operations in 1 hour and 20 minutes â€" the HBZ TR 80 is said to machine it from billet in one operation in just 14 minutes.
