Copas advance to five-axis machining
From a background of operating 14 threeaxis machining centres, Kilkeelbased precision engineering firm, Copas Technologies has ordered a five-axis model from a different supplier, DMG Mori.The deal for the DMU 60 eVo was concluded at the recent MACH 2014 machine tool exhibition in Birmingham (pictured) and marks the culmination of nearly three years of researching the market.
